1.    How Can I Pay for Z E N BY T AQ A Products?

• We use a safe and secure payment getaway called Stripe that a lot of well-known companies and startups use, such as Amazon, Google, Lyft, Shopify, Zara and Zoom. We accept payments made with all major credit and debit cards,  Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2.  What Is Your Shipping Method & How Much it Costs?

• We ship for free worldwide, at the moment. However, that might change in the future. All the sale taxes, import fees and customs duties are already included in the product price. We use the national postal carrier and all the packages are sent as priority. Expected delivery in Europe is within 3 - 5 days and the rest of the world: 5 - 12 days.

3.  What Is Your Product Material & Quality?

• Our Z E N BY T AQ A Crystals: Rose Quartz, Pink Aventurine and Lavender Jade are of the highest quality, genuine and natural. Crystal Bracelets are made from delicate, yet unbreakable satin cord. In addition to that - bracelets also have two 14k gold filled beads. All the products are made to last for a very long time and almost impossible to get damaged, if you take good care of them. The only way that your crystal can get broken, is if you throw it on a very harsh surface or object.

4. How to Take Care of Z E N BY T AQ A Products?

• You can care the best for Z E N BY T AQ A Crystals & Bracelets by avoiding swimming with them and also taking a bath or a shower. You should recharge energetically your crystals/crystal bracelets at least once per month, with one of the following ways:

1. Place the crystal in a bowl of Himalayan Salt for 24h.
2. Leave the crystal outside - under the moonlight for a few hours.
3. Light the Sage or Palo Santo and let the smoke envelop the stone for a few min.
4. Put the crystal under the lukewarm water for 2 min and wipe it gently afterwards.

• We do not advise to share your beloved crystal or crystal bracelet with anyone else because of the energetic cord between you and the product. The owner of the product should be the only one wearing it.

5.  What Is Your Refund Policy?

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns of the Z E N BY T AQ A products. However, we do guarantee that all the products are in the perfect condition and undamaged. In case of a missing package, we are taking on the full responsibility, and we will send another one asap.
